Jo-Jo, is a yoga & meditation teacher (E-RYT500+YACEP) and intern Yoga Therapist at Maryland University of Integrative Health (MS in Yoga Therapy). In addition, Jo-Jo is an Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor certified in HeartMath personal resiliency techniques and she specializes in guiding sound meditation practices through the Tantric traditions of Nada Yoga. Her continuing education sources from philosophical, somatic & therapeutic training combined with the experience of her personal practice.

Both Jo-Jo's personal & professional practices are deeply aligned with the embodied liberation of Tantra rooted in the therapeutic wisdom of Ayurveda. As a Yoga Therapist, she synthesizes the tradition principle & practices of Yoga, Ayurveda and Tantra with the contemporary evidence base of modern biomedical & psychological knowledge. Jo-Jo’s aim is safely supporting students & clients on the path of compassionate Self-inquiry to empower spontaneous, courageous Self-healing
